Three of the accused in the case of a forged will of Raymond Marc Zachry have another “pretrial conference” scheduled in November, William “Bill” Werneke, his wife Lisa Werneke and Annetta Frackman. Nothing for Raymond’s widow, Darlene Zachry (A/K/A Zachery.
All have been denied ARD or Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition.
Another delay, no information to the victim’s family. Will keep on trying.

Please do not post false information. ARD has not been denied at this point! The truth is needed not only about what happened to Ray, but in all proceedings and communications.

Little do you realize there is more than one victim here. The real criminal is the widow who lied to everyone. Werneke & Werneke were victims of a womans greed and their first mistake was to trust someone they thought was a friend.

Trust should be given sparingly and with great caution. Ray trusted his friends and wife, but when he needed a trusted friend, even in death – where were they?

If I was a betting person I would put a lot of money on it being rescheduled again and again and again. Nothing is going to happen to these people.
