Wright Leonard, a well-known and respected forensic document examiner.
Judge Joseph A. Smythe is assigned the criminal case.
Another pretrial is scheduled in court room 8 for William “Bill” Werneke on February 6, 2012 at 9:00 AM before Judge Joseph A. Smythe
In addition to the criminal charges against the four, a civil case has been filed by the prior attorney of Darlene Zachry, Mark Himsworth, asking the court for his unpaid fees plus restitution for damages due to “being untruthful in court” as the widow Zachry wrote in her letter to Judge Stanley Ott.
