In case you haven’t noticed, we renovating our partner web site, http://www.denied-justice.com, the site where photos, documents and court transcripts can be viewed, downloaded or printed.
Denied-justice.com was the original web site that was used to communicate with family and friends of Raymond Marc Zachry, who suddenly collapsed and died, alone attempting to get into his truck, without prior illness or medical history to conclude he was suffering from any terminal illness.
Ray’s sister, Katharine Mackie, was concerned that perhaps this was a congenial condition and her son, Edgar barely in his 20’s could be at risk.
No family member had ever died this young. A greatuncle lived to be over 100 years old, grandparents who were in their 80’s , great grandparent who was well into her 90’s when she passed on, and other closer relatives lived well into their 70’s and 80’s….so when the coroner diagnosed a heart attack it was hard to believe.
Questions without answers. When the coroner report became available, it had an alarming discovery; two unusual chemicals in the blood tox report. Chemicals that two reputable toxicologists identified as hazardous, lethal industrial chemicals with no known use other than in research or industrial compounding. No where in a residential area would this chemical be found, as it had no known personal use.
Everyone began to research barium and discovered it was a heavy metal on the list of chemicals where incidents were to be reported and investigated by Homeland Security and poison control organizations. Yet, this incident has been ignored, denied by elected officials and law enforcement in Pennsylvania.
It is assumed that none of the first responders were educated in proper sudden, unattended death investigations. The office of Montgomery County Pennsylvania was without a coroner due to the death of their current coroner and in the midst of an election for a new one. It is aparent that no one on the staff knew how to handle the positive toxicology report, and therefore considered the case closed.

Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
