I found this on a friends Facebook page and thought it so profoundly explains the situation of loss. Loss of a parent, child, sibling no one truly understands until it comes home to you personally.
Each loss brings a new set of circumstances, the family member died from an illness, or sudden, unexplained death without a logical cause, or homicide; missing persons must be the worst case of all these. The not knowing is suspense without mercy.
God bless each of our WordPress family suffering a loss; terminal illness, a missing child, victim of homicide, even the loss of a dearly loved pet as the New Year approaches.
Thank you to each of you who have offered comfort to me and followed the tragedy of the death of my son Raymond Zachry. Finally a sort of victory last Thursday as the widow was sentenced to jail for forgery and perjury.
But the victory is shallow – still no indication that anyone in Montgomery County Pennsylvania office of District Attorney or coroner is concerned that the events surrounding Ray’s sudden, unattended death are questionable, vague. The autopsy (www.denied-justice.com) is incomplete; reports do not add up to a complete scenario; they are contradictory. The police report does not match the coroner report account of the incident; witness statements and explanation to independent investigators do not match any of the reports.
And, most of all the new widow, Darlene Zachry’s statement of where she was and how she learned of her husband’s death does not add up to documents obtained through public information requests.
Still, I am told the incident has been “investigated”. I must ask, by whom?
Is there no accountability, no responsibility?
In the what if category: Ray’s blood toxicology reports (2 of them from different laboratories) indicate a huge amount of a lethal chemical barium. According to an independent toxicologist (hear and see his report here), either report indicates a quantity that is lethal.
Where did this chemical come from, how did it get into his blood? Is there more somewhere, in the community, in the house in Souderton, PA that has been sold and new people are living there. Have they experienced any symptoms of poison? Have they found any suspicious chemical powder?
Why can’t I find these answers Montgomery County Pennsylvania District Attorney Risa V. Ferman?
