Having a first-hand experience in justice from a victim viewpoint, I believe most citizens would benefit from this full story.
As the years pass and our family waits for an investigation into the poisoning death of son and brother, Raymond Zachry there needs to be a complete investigation into the system.
Coroners and medical examiners control the office of the District Attorney and local police in how homicide cases are handled. Public awareness dictates who will be punished for crime and who will go off to commit another offense tomorrow.
No agency, county, state or national oversight, rgulates the morgue. Many stories have surfaced recently of the black market in human body parts – but who oversees the income from this trade?
Who receives the money from these sales that are often in the high thousands of dollars?
How is the family affected? Do they have any input, benefit from the income from the sale of their loved ones heart, liver, lung or skin tissue?
