Ken Lang is a former homicide detective who worked at his profession in and around Baltimore, Maryland for many years.
“Former” implies that he is no longer working in his profession. In fact, Ken Lang has applied his experience in a new turn in his career – that of true crime writing. Ken has several successful books and now he is adding another venue to crime writing, video.
I am proud to say Ken asked me to “star” in his first episode of One Detective telling the story of my ordeal when I first learned my healthy, hard-working son suddenly collapsed and died one day in September 2007.
Ken’s web site is HERE: and features his first video of me telling Ray’s story and includes an interview with a toxicologists Dr. Woody Hartgrove who helped me understand the strange lethal chemical that was found in Ray’s toxicology report.
If you have an opportunity to meet Ken Lang at one of his book signings, he is a dynamic and talented individual. His schedule is on his website, along with links to purchase his books.
Taken from Ken’s biography on his web site:
“In addition to his current investigative assignment, Ken is also an active Forensic Artist, providing Maryland police agencies with composite sketches, post-mortem and age-enhancement drawings, and skull reconstructions in a variety of ongoing investigations.”
