A wonderful poem to end the work week.
Random Encounters of an Inquisitive Mind
The poem above is floating around Fbook at the moment and it makes me smile. Like seriously smile! I wish everyone in the world would take heed, cherish the simple things in life, let go of worry and live their lives.
I Google searched, the author is Rose Milligan and it was first published in 1998.
Enjoy!

I can relate to this on every level–feeling compelled to dust–and wanting to smell the roses and dream. Charming.

This poem was re-blogged by a couple of people I follow. It is a gentle reminder that life is about living and being, not doing. Yes, work is necessary part of life and has to be done. There are just times that I like to be and see the world I am a part of.

Very nice. But sometimes I like to dust. I like walking around my house and see that everything gleams (but only once in while.)
