Finding that one person who will step out to defend the innocent even when they are dead. Help us tell Pennsylvania this needs an investigation, not just a cover-up.
More information, court documents, autopsy and a documentary video with the findings from an independent toxicologist can be found on our website dedicated to my son Raymond (Ray) Zachry. There are also links to other stories and more will be posted soon.
http://www.denied-justice.comAlso Ray has a Facebook page that can be linked to, posted to and comment.
Thank you for stopping by Justice For Raymond and it is our sincere prayer to find the true cause of Ray’s death and help others who have experienced a similar crime.
Update: Ken Lang did his own research of Raymond Zachry’s story and interviewed several people who had knowledge of the incident that took Ray’s life. Dr. Woody Hartgrove, toxicologist who analysed the laboratory reports and autopsy gives his analysis in this video.
In 2012, Ken Lang learned about a case of injustice that centered around the death of Raymond Marc Zachry, who unexpectedly died in Souderton, PA on September 25, 2007. After a chance meeting with his mother, Shirley Sanservino, Ken’s detective skills were heightened and incensed at the travesty of the investigation. In hearing about Shirley Sanservino’s quest for truth, Ken heard a remarkable story about a mother’s love and offered to help publicize her story.
Thank you to Ken Lang. I hope you will visit Ken’s web site where you can see other video trailers for his books.

[…] She is not my mom as I am not the Ray in the title, but we do communicate via e-mail from time to time and we follow each other’s blog. There is a video with our toxicologist discussing Ray’s tests at http://www.denied-justice.com Dr. Hartgrove explains the reaction of the body to poison at around the 12 minute mark.

Hi Ray’s Mom:
I finally had an opportunity to read through all of the information on your site. I am so sorry for all you have been through, and I hope you find peace and justice in your brave battle. Have you ever thought of writing a book about this? It may help you to deal with it, and bring more attention your way. Nonfiction books of this type usually do well.
I also wanted to thank you for your support in visiting my blog. I do appreciate it. Please let me know I can help in any way.

Wow, I am overwhelmed by your strength, courage & determination for truth & justice. I watched some of the video but it played so low I could barely hear (my speakers were turned all the way up) not sure if it was on my end or not, but I read enough to know that something ain’t right. My heart is w/ you & prayers are sent out for you. I love that you have made a place for others going through such a tragic event to connect & support each other. God bless you.

Thank you Brandye – estate and will fraud is more prevalent than one would expect. Many times there are deeper reasons that should be examined, but the DA and unqualified coroners refuse to admit they may have made a mistake, as in Ray’s case.
The sound on the video is low. Ken Lang, who recorded the interviews said he was not able to adjust it any more. I do speak rather low. I hope you were able to see and hear the toxicologist portion at around the 12 minute mark.

I admire your fortitude! I just read your son’s story and it has elements that remind me of a post I wrote recently called “When You Know It’s Murder.” In that I described the sick feeling you have when you know that someone has been murdered but the authorities can’t or won’t prove otherwise. In my case this didn’t happen to a family member so I can’t relate to it on that level, but I do have empathy for your frustration. Good for you for continuing to find justice. May God bless you with all of the justice that is due.

Thanks so much for visiting Kid Lit About Politics! I didn’t know about your blog before you visited mine. I’ve looked around a little, and my curiosity is piqued, but also my sense of horror. My son is in his mid twenties, and I can’t imagine anything happening to him, especially anything unexplained. From what I’ve seen your story reminds me a little of a movie I saw in the late 70s called “Friendly Fire,” about a family’s search to find out how their son was killed in Viet Nam.

On my web site http://www.denied-justice.com there is a video as well as many documents related to the case.
There is also a link there to a similar story of a young person who poisoned her father with the same chemical that was mysteriously in Ray’s blood toxicology – nearly the same amount. If you search for Marie Robard you will find more links to her jail and release.
It is horrible to deal with when the coroner, police and DA refuse to help.
Thank you for your visit and I do say caution to your son as he makes friends and life choices. Ray was married only 18 months prior to his death.
God bless.

She has worked tirelessly trying to bring more justice into the politics of the state and works with the folks who are making the film Lawless America trying to expose all of the various aspects of the system that is broken. Who knows what resources you each might have that could be beneficial if shared? Her name is MaryAnn and I’ll share your FB page to hers and see if we can’t get some new lines of help opened up 🙂

Throughout the awesome scheme of things you actually secure an A+ with regard to effort. Exactly where you confused everybody ended up being in the facts. You know, people say, details make or break the argument.. And that could not be more true at this point. Having said that, allow me tell you just what exactly did deliver the results. The writing is rather convincing and that is most likely the reason why I am taking an effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, whilst I can easily notice the leaps in reason you make, I am not sure of exactly how you appear to unite your details which inturn produce the actual final result. For now I will, no doubt subscribe to your issue but wish in the near future you actually connect the dots much better.
